Hi 👋🏽 i have 2 Baby Bobbie for plying from the lace bobbin. With one it is impossible to ply. It will not pull in at all.
I made a cable yarn. I had this problem before but did not find out why. Somehow this one bobbin seems to be a bit smaller I think. I can tighten the brake but then the wheel will go without turning the bobbin so it will not work. Nothing helps. I had to change the whole head and use another normal bobbin for plying but that is not the sense of buying a baby bobbin 🧵. And plying one part with normal bobbin and one with baby bobbin is not good because the result will be different .. so since you have new bobbins I would like to exchange ..is that possible ?
