Our new wheel the Aura has been overwhelmingly well received and we have been really excited by how much people are enjoying it. I spoke to Dad (Owen) this afternoon and he was just buzzing about their trip to the US. He said they had been made to feel so welcome by all they had met and were very grateful for the genorosity they had been shown.<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested, Rob and I were interviewed by Granny G and she has posted the podcast of the interview on her web site (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.grannygcrafts.com\">www.grannygcrafts.com<\/a>). I have listened it through and was really pleased how it came out. I tend to be my own worst critic and usually don&#8217;t like the way I sound recorded (I think I sound like I am talking through my nose or something!) but Genny must have done some audio magic as I thought it was great.<\/p>\n<p>Hopefully Mum and Dad will have some Maryland photos I can share with you when they return on Saturday. To all those who took part in the treasure hunt\/picture analysis\/wild goose chase, please accept my sincere thanks. I have had a fantastic time with this but without you taking part, it would have faded away months ago so again, thank you. What seems crazy to me is I can't even remember how the game started! We are planning a faster whorl set for the Aura that will allow for faster spinning (better with the fine flyers as well) and also open the possiblity of using the Aura as an Irish tension wheel. If you are on the fence about this wheel, I suggest strongly that you try it. It really is a different experience to scotch tension so I think it is best to let the wheel do the talking so to speak. Just because the Aura is out now doesn't mean we are going to take a holiday, there is at least one new craft tool ready to come out immediately. So for now, thanks Ravelry friends and goodbye.
